A short word on our experience
From a single laptop to the server infrastructure of a data centre - the range of tasks is wide, the approach is one. We work out the site, choose the solution, supply it, install it, configure it, and stay on for support.

Both - and a third option. We take on the scope the task calls for: supply against a ready specification, project participation including installation and integration, or a joint team with specialist partners. The role is agreed at the start, not along the way.
Yes. On project work the specification is the result of the analysis, not its starting point. We study the site, the requirements, the existing infrastructure and how it will actually be used, check technical constraints and compatibility, and only then select equipment.
The standard warranty on supplied equipment is one year. Beyond that: first-line diagnostics, service work and handling warranty matters with the manufacturer. Support priority goes to clients who bought the solution from us.
Yes. We run projects for government organisations through procurement portals and the buyer's own procedures, working to the requirements of the tender documentation. Depending on the project we take on design, solution selection, supply, implementation, configuration and service.
By five active ISO certificates: 9001 for quality, 14001 for environmental management, 27001 for information security, 45001 for occupational health and safety, 50001 for energy management.
We say so plainly. Our own ground is local infrastructure. For cloud and hybrid scenarios we bring in specialist partners and divide responsibility in advance. Own hosting, colocation and general construction are not part of what we do.
Where we work
The company is based in Belgrade and we carry the full scope of work across Serbia. In Kosovo we run projects; to Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro we supply equipment.

How we work
The role of itmathics in a project
At the start of a project we agree the role of our team against the brief, the competencies of everyone involved and the requirements of the documentation.
Supply to specification
Selecting available items and permitted equivalents, procurement, logistics and handover of the equipment.
Project participation
Analysis of the task and an agreed scope of work: design, supply, installation, configuration, integration and testing.
Together with partners
For cloud, hybrid and other specialised tasks we form a project team with specialist partners and assign responsibility in advance.
